• 7 days of messaging support for follow-up questions

• An optional 30-minute follow-up video call

As a virtual consult, this can support your friend anywhere in the world, and I'll work with them to find a time that suits their timezone. Families based in Bangkok also have the option to convert this to an in-person visit, depending on location — see IBCLC home visits.
