Telehealth lactation consultation

$0.00

Wherever you are in Thailand, or anywhere else in the world, telehealth lets me support you through a face-to-face virtual consult, with real-time, personalised breastfeeding support, wherever you are.

Before we meet, I'll ask you to send me a brief outline of your concerns. This helps me advise whether a telehealth consultation is the best option for your situation, or whether an in-person visit would serve you better.

Telehealth works especially well for:

  • Building or protecting your milk supply

  • Difficulties with oversupply

  • Blebs, plugged ducts, and mastitis

  • Pumping and expressing plans

  • Returning to work while breastfeeding

  • Bottle refusal or combination feeding

  • Weaning and feeding transitions

  • A second opinion on advice you've already been given

  • General breastfeeding questions and evidence-based support

If I think your situation really needs hands-on assessment, like a thorough breast exam or an in-person look at a tricky latch, I'll tell you honestly, so you're not paying for a consult that can't fully get to the bottom of things.

Consult fee: 2,500 THB

This includes:

  • A virtual consultation of up to 60–90 minutes, depending on your needs.

  • A personalised written summary with detailed recommendations.

  • A week of follow-up messaging for reasonable questions related to your consultation.

  • An optional 30-minute follow-up phone or video call within seven days.

Because every family's needs are different, I'm happy to tailor the format where appropriate. For example, weaning support can work better as an initial 60-minute consultation followed by two shorter 30-minute sessions as you progress.
